The delegates were busy at the beginning of this week with group discussions on Religious Fundamentalism, Youth, Community Life, Communications and the Internet, Formation, Globalization & Ecology/Environment, the Intellectual Apostolate, Vocations and Migrants & Displaced people. Towards the end of the week, they were studying the 'De Statu' (status) of the Society, the pope's letter to Fr Kolvenbach and documents on the governance of the Society.
Fr General has been meeting the people who will be closest to him after his move to Rome: the Curia community, the employees of the Curia (on 24 January), the press (on 25 January), the Pope (on 26 January).
