Jesuits have only held 35 world-wide meetings (or general congregations) in over 450 years of their existence, so each one is special, all the more so when the delegates must elect a new superior general. Five men from various parts of the world reflect on what most impresed them during the initial phase of electing the general and then during the second phase of writing decrees to deal with major issues. Guests include Fathers David Smolira, Michael Holman, Jerry Rosario, Szabolcs J Sajgo and Mark Raper.
